Our aim is to find risk factors to prevent further injuries, treat and fully rehabilitate post-injury, returning you back to optimum health in the shortest possible time.

Physiotherapy is used to treat injuries such as sprains, back pain, arthritis, muscular strains, incontinence, bursitis, posture problems, sport, and workplace injuries, as well as issues related to reduced mobility. Often patients recovering from surgery will also be referred to our Physiotherapists for rehabilitation.

Course of treatment and treatment times will vary according to your injury. To better understand your needs we recommend that clients first book in for an initial assessment with our physio team. All physio appointments are available to book online.

Online Physiotherapy Consultation

Alongside our in-clinic appointments we also offer online physiotherapy consultations. Conducted by our Nordic Balance Abbeville Road physios we are offering a free 15-minute video triage, to better understand your issues. From there, assuming we can help you we'll set you up to do a remote exercise rehabilitation session (guided by our physiotherapists), exercise prescription (to practice on your own at home in between sessions) and general advice and support via remote physiotherapy sessions.

Remote online physio sessions are covered by all major UK health insurers. Contact us to find out more and book your free 15-minute video triage.
