Your Guide to an Online Physiotherapy Consultation at Nordic Balance Clapham

Is online physiotherapy right for me?

If you’re unsure whether to book an in-clinic or online physiotherapy session, our team is happy to advise. In many cases, a short virtual consultation is the perfect first step, especially if you are looking for a second opinion, need advice for new injuries or when you're short on time.

What can I expect from an online physiotherapy consultation at Nordic Balance?

Ahead of your appointment, you will be sent a link to join your physiotherapist via a secure Zoom call. In the call, you'll speak with an experienced physiotherapist who will review your case history, visually assess your injury, and provide expert recommendations for the next steps.

While this online physiotherapy session isn’t a full physical assessment, it’s an ideal first step, whether you’re managing a new issue or unsure if you need in-person care.

What happens after the online physiotherapy call?

After your online physiotherapy consultation, we’ll provide honest recommendations. That might include booking a full 45-minute in-clinic assessment, or referral to another medical specialist if necessary. Wherever you are in your recovery, we’re here to help.

Is the online physiotherapy consultation free?

The 15-minute online physiotherapy consultation costs £25, but many clients use the discount code ONLINEPHYSIO15 to access their first online physiotherapy consultation for free.

Simply enter the promotional code at checkout when booking online or give us a call on 0208 922 0495.

Is this a full physiotherapy assessment?

No, the physiotherapy session online is designed to provide advice when you need it most. A full 45-minute assessment at one of our clinics may be recommended for a comprehensive evaluation.

Who will I be speaking with during the physio consultation?

You'll be speaking with one of our experienced and employed physiotherapists. Learn more about our physiotherapy team.

What if I need further treatment after the consultation?

If further treatment is needed, your physiotherapist may recommend a full assessment at one of our clinics or refer you to a specialist. There's no obligation, and we’re here to support you.

How do I book the online physio consultation?
