Physiotherapist Lucy Asson is a dynamic and results-focused physiotherapist based at our Clapham clinic, blending movement-based rehab with hands-on treatment to help you recover stronger and smarter. With a background in Sport and Exercise Science from Durham University and a master’s in Physiotherapy from Bangor, she brings a solid clinical foundation and a genuine passion for performance and recovery.
Her approach is a 60/40 mix of exercise and manual therapy, ideal for anyone looking to reduce pain, regain strength, and get back to sport or daily activity with confidence. Whether you’re managing a knee issue, shoulder strain or recovering from surgery, Lucy tailors treatment to your goals, combining techniques like soft tissue work, taping, dry needling (as part of physiotherapy), and strength-based rehab.
Lucy’s experience includes NHS practice, military rehab, and work with semi-professional rugby teams, which means she knows how to get results under pressure and how to adapt care to every individual. She has a particular interest in lower and upper limb injuries, sports injuries and return-to-play planning.
If you want a clear, practical plan to move better and feel stronger, Lucy brings the expertise and structure to help you get there. Book online or call us on 0208 922 0495.
