Physiotherapist Barnaby brings a fresh yet experienced perspective to the Nordic Balance team, all the way from New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, providing him with a profound understanding of how your body moves and recovers. Barnaby spent 18 months working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in a large private clinic in New Zealand, gaining valuable experience within a multidisciplinary team. He has continued to build on this expertise with another 18 months at a prominent private company here in the UK.

Barnaby has a keen interest in helping active clients, particularly those involved in sports and running. He’s dedicated to getting you back to feeling your best, whether you’re recovering from a sports injury or dealing with persistent discomfort. While he expertly treats a wide range of conditions, he specialises in working with issues affecting the neck, lower back, hips, knees, and ankles. Barnaby’s experience also extends to working with sports teams and performing occupational health assessments, showcasing his commitment to supporting overall physical wellbeing.

In his practice, Barnaby utilises a comprehensive array of treatment options tailored to your specific needs, including dry needling, shockwave therapy, and personalised exercise prescription. His holistic approach ensures you receive well-rounded support, addressing your physical needs and empowering you to not only recover but also to move with greater ease and confidence long-term. Barnaby is available for both physiotherapy and sports massage therapy appointments, and he welcomes clients from 10 to 95 years of age.
