Rebecca Nygren is an experienced Physiotherapist with a diverse musculoskeletal and sports therapy background. Originally from Sweden, Rebecca completed her BSc in Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh before moving to London in 2015 to pursue an MSc in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health. She has since gained extensive experience working in MSK and sports clinics, as well as with rugby and football clubs.
Rebecca’s approach is goal-oriented, focusing on empowering her clients to reach their full potential through tailored strength and movement plans. She specialises in helping runners and gym-goers recover from injuries, enhance performance, and improve their training strategies. She has a particular interest in treating lower limb injuries and is currently expanding her expertise by studying strength and conditioning to complement her physiotherapy practice.
Rebecca works with clients aged 8 and up and provides personalised care aimed at long-term recovery and improved performance. She is a registered member of HCPC and CSP, ensuring the highest standards of professional care.
