With up to 35 online classes on offer, including different styles of Yoga, mat-based Pilates, High-Intensity Training (HIIT) & mobility, we’ve got the class you need to take your fitness to the next level all from the comfort of your own home!

Candlelit Flow

Vinyasa Flow in a calming, candlelit space - bliss! This class has a fine balance of mellow dynamic movements done in a warm cosy environment. The naturally lit space is peaceful and soothing, which helps to deepen your practice as you move from one pose to the next.

Mat-Based Pilates

Re-train your body from the inside out- increase your strength, flexibility, and movement. This class will help you to improve your posture, relieve back pain as well as tone your body and flatten your belly.

Mum & Toddler Yoga

A gentle flow created for mums and babies from six weeks to crawling, and dads are very welcome too. This class focuses on balancing, strengthening and restorative poses to help you recover and build strength following pregnancy and birth.

Perhaps you’re a runner and you would like to improve how your hips move, or you sit at a desk all day and get a stiff back? Our mobility classes involve dynamic and functional exercises that will guide you in taking ownership over how you move and feel.

Flow to Restore Yoga

This is an uplifting and nourishing practice beginning with a steady, heat-building vinyasa flow to prepare you for restorative poses and an extended relaxation at the end. This class combines dynamic yoga and full rejuvenation in a single session.
